I had a very good experience here. Wifi worked great on the 3rd floor, always had hot water and room was spacious. Staff were very accommodating even refunded me for 2 nights I couldn't stay due to a family emergency. The hotel is a bit dated, but it has a modern elevator and updated, secure cardlocks for the rooms. Location is close to the centre, about a 10 min walk.

Excellent hotel. Bare bones but the location is unbeatable..customer service was great. They're renovating as of July 2025 but they're great. Security is great, parking up the wazoo, and Oxxo is a crawling distance away
It was quite a experience, I think I saw a lot of opportunities there to improve, in general it was a different experience to try.
Central location is the best feature. Area isn't great so be careful at night. Room was clean and had working hot water, cable and A/C. Overall good value.

Clean, good service in a simple room. They are open minded and allowed us to have our well trained dog in the room once the understood he wasn't gonna be trouble.
